Throughout her career, Jan has worked exclusively in the careers and education sectors. Initially as a careers adviser and a senior manager for Dorset Careers and Connexions, she was freelance for 15 years during which time, she delivered projects and contracts as a consultant, lecturer and project manager.
Prior to joining Dorset Careers Hub she was an Enterprise Coordinator for a neighbouring Careers Hub.
