Helen joined Dorset LEP as Dorset Careers Hub Lead in September 2019, responsible for managing the delivery of Dorset’s Careers and Enterprise Company programmes.
Helen started her career as a teacher working in local schools. She then worked in the field of widening participation in roles at Bournemouth University and within the Southern Universities Network.
Helen was previously the Schools Liaison Manager at Bournemouth University, responsible for design, development and implementation of the pre-16 schools programme, supporting young people to access higher education.
